The 560 guestrooms are all bright, clean, colorful, and spacious. Amenities include a balcony and individual climate control, plus purified water. There are three on-site restaurants offering 3 different cuisines. The Cancun Palace offers on-site dining, shopping and entertainment venues. An all-inclusive stay at this hotel includes accommodations and taxes, all meals, drinks, gratuities and non-motorized sports. Honeymooners are offered a fruit basket, a bottle of champagne and a romantic candlelit dinner, compliments of the resort. Guests must show marriage certificate. As part of their All-Inclusive Plan, guests are entitled to use pools and beaches and dine and drink in restaurants and bars at all six other Palace Resorts: Beach Palace, Sun Palace and Cancun Palace in the Cancun hotel zone, at the Moon Palace south of Cancún Island; and at two Palace Resorts on the Riviera Maya, Xpu-Ha Palace and Aventura Spa Palace, about 50 miles south of Cancún.
